Interdistrict school choice: A theory of student assignment

Interdistrict school choice programs—where a student can be assigned to outside of her district—are widespread in the US. We introduce model interdistrict and present mechanisms that produce stable assignments. consider four categories policy goals on assignments identify when achieve them. By introducing novel framework choice, we provide new avenue research market design.
